At the front desk, Kirk greeted us with a smile, offered free coffee. He gave us a room on the first floor which was clean, and very comfortable. Our room was well decorated, tv worked great, internet was fine. We had a King room, and I must say, the linens on the bed were so nice, the comforter was warm enough but not heavy. I slept well. Your coffee was pretty good, and I am a bit of a coffee snob. Breakfast was good. There was a variety of options. The shower was ok, bathroom was clean but water pressure could have been a bit better. All in all a great stay!

I'm a simple gal. This was exactly what I needed. We were attending NC State parent's weekend and we just needed a place to sleep. Staff were kind and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. I loved the breakfast and coffee/hot tea was always available.

The location of the hotel was great. It was downtown and close to everything. The staff was very friendly at each interaction. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay...there wasn't much selection, but it was basic.

This location exceeded my expectations because the quality of service equals that of a luxury hotel—from the front desk reps to the housekeeping staff. Great job to the entire staff!

Comfort Inn was perfect for our long NYE weekend! It is about 3 miles from downtown and super accessible from the freeway. The staff at check-in was warm and welcoming. The breakfast provided was nice enabling us to have something before departing the hotel. The hotel is very plain, not super updated, but the price for the value was great! It worked well for us when we just needed a place to sleep. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling into the area.

I like that is was clean and they had breakfast I had orginally booked the extended stay around the corner looked at it and cancelled to book one here because of the appearance

Located in midtown, close to grocery stores, gas stations, and plenty of things to do. My friends and I were there for a concert at The Ritz, which wasn't far. There are some breweries nearby, too. The staff were kind, the room was clean with everything you would need, and there was a fridge in the room. I will be staying here when visiting Raleigh.
